Quality Assurance

DMM Management has been refining quality assurance (QA) programs for decades. Ensuring the quality of service to the consumer is critical to the overall success of the company, and we take that seriously.

Over the years, we have noticed many things that seem to be less than optimal for cell site performance. Accordingly, we do not just use the standards issued by the manufacturer, installer, or service provider alone. Our system includes over 400 steps in more than 24 categories, and testing for each site starts from the outside in. We look at everything from access to the facility, site landscaping, safety issues, security, etc. Our QA process is exhaustive, complete, and constantly improving.

Our clients are always very satisfied with the report we issue, which is site-specific and very detailed. Photos are included for all areas where a deficiency is noted.
