Mark began his career in 1987 as a Lead Tower Hand specializing in microwave antenna installations. He was instrumental in interconnecting Pac-Tel sites (which eventually became Verizon Wireless) in Southern California on one of the biggest microwave antenna installation/build-outs in history, with over 100 sites connected via microwave to the carriers’ Mobile Telecommunications Switching Office (MTSO). After several years on this project, Mark moved on to work with various wireless projects around the country. He then decided to take a position away from the field and enter the office and management arena. Within a few years, Mark was running large projects in the United States and abroad. In 2000, he accepted the position of General Manager of DMM Management. Since then, he has overseen the development and success of the company within this growing industry.
